Series allows you the flexibility with collections of workouts to complement your existing program.
Unlike other On Demand workouts, Series are complete collections of similar workouts (not dissimilar to a series on your favourite streaming platform). The content is still designed to be followed in a sequence, but that’s up to you. And although the workouts are ticked off as you complete them, there’s no reason why you can’t keep coming back to your favourites!
You have the ability to start the series on any day of the week as they do not automatically roll over weeks, meaning no missed workouts and no need to repeat weeks.
Although a series will not be able to be selected as a main program, it will allow you to complete the program at your own pace. These workouts can complement your main program and will also go towards the weekly goals of your main program.
A series is perfect for those who don’t want to commit to a full program schedule and is a great option to use in conjunction with or instead of searching through the On Demand section.
To view a workout series, head to the On Demand section and select “see all” on Workout Series. Here, you will see an overview of the whole series, including the number of workouts. You can view the details of each individual workout and see which ones you have already completed.
Tap the workout to reveal the workout details.
To schedule a series workout, tap the calendar icon in the workout overview. For more information refer to the How do I use the Planner to schedule and track my workouts?
You are also able to Favorite a series workout to make it easier to find later by selecting the heart icon in the top, right-hand corner of the workout overview.
