Low Impact with Kayla
Low Impact with Kayla Itsines, features exercises programmed in a way that is designed to build foundational strength and fitness without placing stress on your joints. This program has NO jumping and has been designed for those looking for a good introduction to fitness. Don't be fooled! These workouts will still give you a workout, and get your Sweat up.

Bodyweight Strength with Anissia
Bodyweight Strength with Anissia is a full-body training program that has been designed for you to enjoy the feeling of being active again and becoming stronger whilst at home. This program is perfect for beginners with workouts only lasting 20 minutes and not requiring any equipment at all. Bodyweight Strength with Anissia is a 9-week training program, including one foundation week to introduce you to the training style. This program will involve strength training however only using bodyweight exercises.

This program is suitable for beginners and will help you develop muscular strength and endurance. You will maximise your training with minimal equipment as you learn fundamental movement patterns with weights.
