The 'On Demand' section is where you can find a variety of additional workouts, these can include weekly challenges, express workouts and other programs. If you are looking to combine programs (without changing your main program) then the 'On Demand' section is great to do this. If you have already completed your weekly goals and you are looking for something more, then add a challenge workout or try a workout from another program while you wait for your week to renew on Monday.
To access the 'On Demand' section, tap on the 'On Demand' tab option from your workout home page:
Some of the workouts included in the On Demand section of the app are:
- New This Month
- At-home workouts
- Challenges
- Express Workouts
- Strength
- Targeted Areas
- High Intensity
- Pilates, Barre & Yoga
- Stretching & Foam Rolling
- Other Programs
To see all of the available workouts under each of these headings, simply tap "See all" (located to the right of the heading)

Want to know more about our trainers?
You can learn more about each of our trainers by tapping on their profile under the "Meet Your Trainers' heading. You will be shown an overview of each trainer, this includes their age, location, their programs and what category of programs they offer within the app. Each trainer also has a short biography where you can learn more about each of them!
How do I find specific workouts in the 'On Demand' section?
The 'On Demand' section of the app includes a 'Filter' tool. This allows you to specify your search for workouts.
By tapping on this icon you can filter your search for additional workouts, based on:
- Duration
- Location
- Difficulty
- Equipment
- Workout Categories
- Trainer
