If you are a new member and have subscribed to the Sweat app part-way through the week, you will be brought into week 1 of your selected program. On Sunday, at midnight, your account will roll into a new week, regardless if your weekly goals are completed. However, you will get a notification asking if you would like to restart your week 1 or skip to week 2.
