In the Sweat app, your sessions can be easily arranged throughout the week to help you plan ahead and work around any other commitments you have. The Planner is a handy tool that can make it easier to stay on track and smash your goals!
How do I find the suggested workout plan?
The Sweat app provides you with suggestions on how to plan your weekly resistance, cardio and recovery sessions, depending on your chosen trainer/program.
To enable/disable the 'Use Suggested Workout Plan' feature, select the 'Settings' icon at the top right hand corner of your screen.
How do I schedule an activity and set an alert?
In the Planner, select the '+' icon alongside the day you wish to schedule any one of the following activities:
- Challenge, or
To set an alert for the time of day you are hoping to complete the session, tap the activity and select 'Alert'. Tap 'Save' in the top right hand corner, once you have chosen a time.
How do I delete an activity?
To remove a scheduled activity from your Planner, tap the activity you wish to delete and select 'Delete Activity' at the bottom of the screen.
How do I sync the Planner to my device's calendar?
To sync the Sweat Planner to the calendar on your device, select icon to the far right of the screen, which will take you to the 'Settings' page. Enable 'Sync to Calendar' to automatically sync the two calendars together. To do this, you will first need to ensure Sweat has access to your device's calendar.
Please note: You will only receive a notification for the scheduled activity if you have ‘Sync to Calendar’ enabled and have set an alert for the activity within your device's calendar.
How do I manually record and remove my completed workouts?
If your completed workout hasn't been recorded for any reason, or if you accidentally mark a workout as complete, don't worry - you can still add and remove workouts from within the 'Manage My Program' section! You can access this on the Profile screen or by tapping the middle icon in the Planner tab.
Under 'Weekly goals', tap a session type and either un-tick or tick your Resistance, Recovery or Challenge workouts, or tap the + and - buttons to increase and decrease your Cardio sessions.
Please note: You won't be able to mark a workout as complete on a certain day if it has already passed.
How do I enable the Steps feature?
If you allow the Sweat app to track and record your steps, they will appear within your Planner as 'Steps'!
