Train With Friends
Love the feeling of accomplishment and personal achievement after you've completed your workout? Why not invite a friend to train with you and share that feeling? We've made it easy to invite your friends to train with you by providing direct links via Message, Email, Messenger, and more. Send your friend an invite to join you and the amazing Sweat trainers within your Profile, on the On-Demand dashboard, or at the end of one of your workouts.
From the On-Demand section simply tap 'train together' or from your Profile tap 'Sweat with a friend' and tap on one of the share options.
You can also share a workout with a fellow Sweat member by simply using the Share icon located at the top right hand corner within the Workout Overview.
Please note that you are unable to share Cardio LISS, Cardio HIIT, Rest, 1RM test and Community Sweat Challenge workouts. When viewing or completing a shared workout, it will not change the current program you are on and if completed it will count towards your weekly resistance goals. If you would like to share a workout with a non-Sweat member you can use the above steps, however, the receiver will be prompted to start a trial or join Sweat in order to view the workout (Please note: This trial is available for first time Sweat users only).
Alternatively, at the end of your workouts, you're presented with two share features that allow you to share your success! You will be presented with a screen that provides the following options:
Share Achievement
Show your friends how hard you've worked with a Sweat Trophy! This feature allows you to share a trophy image that lets everyone know what workout you've just completed, what week you're on and what program you've chosen! Use this as a benchmark of your progress or to show your friends what's possible, or challenge them!
Sweaty Selfie
Tap this option to bring up the Sweat camera and show us how you sweat today! You'll be able to take a post-workout picture with the option to add the Sweat logo, using a timer or flash! You can then share the photo through Message, Facebook, Instagram, or save it to your camera roll for later.
If you have any other questions or concerns regarding the sharing function, please reach out to our Member Support Team.
