What is Katie's Back & Glutes Challenge?
Katie Martin’s four-week Back & Glutes Challenge is the perfect way to switch up your routine and work on building the strength of your posterior chain. Strengthening your posterior chain can also help to improve your posture, balance, agility and overall athletic performance.
What is involved in Katie's Back & Glutes Challenge?
You will be provided with the following goals each week:
- 3 x Resistance sessions
- 1 x Cardio sessions ( 2 available )
- 1 x Recovery session
What equipment will I need to complete Katie's Back & Glutes Challenge?
You’ll need access to a range of large gym machines and free weights to get the most out of this challenge, but you could use the exercise substitutions feature if you’re training at home.

How do the workouts work?
Each week you’ll have three 30-40 minute workouts - Back, Glutes, and Back, Glutes & Hamstrings - designed to target the muscles down the back side of your body from your back to your glutes, hamstrings and calves. The works will feature sets, supersets and triesets.
