What is PWR Strength at Home with Kelsey?
PWR Bands with Kelsey offers the perfect way to strength train without a gym or access to weights. Build strength, endurance and stability using nothing but resistance bands and your bodyweight! The program prioritises good form, time under tension, and slightly higher reps to burn out the muscles.
What is involved in PWR Strength at Home?
You will be provided with the following goals each week:
- 3 x Resistance sessions (4 available)
- 1 x Cardio sessions ( 3 available )
- 1 x Recovery session ( 2 available )

No weights, no problem! To efficiently complete this program, you will need the following equipment:

How do the workouts work?
Your weekly lineup includes three 30-minute workouts - Lower Body, Upper Body, Full Body and one 20-minute Core session.
Designed to be performed anywhere, anytime, it starts with a bodyweight primer to warm up and activate muscles, followed by circuit-style strength training to keep your heart rate up, and ends with a finisher superset to fully fatigue and burn out the muscles.
