What is involved in Laura's Lifting Masterclass Challenge?
You will be provided with the following goals each week:
- 3 x Resistance sessions (4 available)
- 1 x Cardio sessions ( 3 available )
- 1 x Recovery session
What equipment will I need to complete Laura's Lifting Masterclass Challenge?
You’ll need access to a range of large gym machines and free weights to get the most out of this challenge, but you could use the exercise substitutions feature if you’re training at home.
- Barbell
- Weight plates
- Squat rack
- Dumbbells
- Pull-up bar
- Bench
- Plyo Box
- Gym Rings
How do the workouts work?
In each week of this short and sharp four-week challenge, you’ll have three 40-50 minute full-body workouts to complete. Each session is designed to promote significant strength gains, with a mix of heavy compound lifts and accessory movements.
