What is Strength at Home with Kayla?
Strength At Home with Kayla is just pure strength training - no jumping, no HIIT and no burpees!
Because this is designed for at-home workouts where you may have less opportunity to increase your weights compared to a gym, you’ll be achieving progressive overload through increased reps and sets to fatigue your muscles, as well as heavier weights if you have them available.
What is involved in Strength at Home with Kayla?

Plate
If you don't have access to some of the equipment, you can always use the 'exercise substitution' feature available in the Sweat app to substitute equipment in and out.
How do the workouts work?
The workout structure is repeated over 3 weeks, with slight variations in exercises or their order to maintain variety while building on the same movement patterns for progressive overload. Repeated strength exercises and movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull, and lunge) are used to allow for progressive overload.
