Kelsey’s Strong Glutes Gym Challenge is a powerful way to target and strengthen your glutes in just four weeks. This program is designed to be completed in a gym and is a great way to challenge and improve your lower body strength for a short period of time prior to returning to a more balanced overall training program.

You will be provided with the following goals each week:

- 1 x Cardio sessions ( 3 available )
- 1 x Recovery session
What equipment will I need to complete Kelsey's 4-Week Strong Glutes Gym Challenge?
You’ll need access to a range of large gym machines and free weights to get the most out of this challenge, but you could use the exercise substitutions feature if you’re training at home.

How do the workouts work?
You'll have three 40-50 minute workouts - Glutes & Hamstrings, Glutes & Quads, and Upper Body - plus a fourth Glutes & Abs workout you can complete in 25-30 minutes. Each week focuses on the same exercises to allow you to log your weights and see progression as you work through activations, strength sets, supersets and burnouts.
