What is Strength in 30 with Kayla?
This program is inspired by Kayla’s strength programs, but designed to be completed in 30 minutes or less. No burpees, no jumping, just efficient strength training. With just three 30-minute workouts each week, Strength In 30 is super achievable and efficient, while still being designed to help you achieve results through muscle activation, strength sets and progressive overload.
Every workout only uses free weights, so it’s perfect for home workouts or easily setting up at the gym without waiting for machines.
What is involved in Strength in 30 with Kayla?
Strength in 30 with Kayla is a 24-week program. Each week consists of 6 Trophy Goals with 11 Sessions Available:
3x Resistance (6 available), 2x Cardio (3 available) 1x Recovery (2 available)
The program includes three weekly 30 minute workouts:
Lower Body
Upper Body
Full Body & Core
Also included are optional 7-minute finishers which can be added to the end of a workouts for members looking to extend sessions when time and energy permit
7-minute Core finisher
7-minute Glute finisher
7-minute Arm finisher
What Equipment do I need to complete this program?
To efficiently complete this program, you will need the following equipment:
- Barbell
- Weight Plates
- Dumbbells
- Kettlebells
- Step
- Bench/Bench Alternative
- Booty Band
- Resistance Band
If you don't have access to some of the equipment, you can always use the 'exercise substitution' feature available in the Sweat app to substitute equipment in and out.
How do the workouts work?
The workout structure includes strength sets, volume supersets and progressive overload. Exercises are repeated intentionally, and your reps and sets also increase to help you get stronger.
