Challenges are a great way to test your ability, measure progress, and give you the opportunity to experience some friendly competition!
Depending on the program, Challenges offer a mix of time-based and rep-based workouts, with the goal to complete them as fast as possible, without compromising your technique.
Each week you have the option to complete a weekly Challenge. You are not restricted to only one Challenge and can choose from several categories, such as:
- This Week’s Challenge
- Other Program Challenges, and
- Previously Completed.
Once a Challenge is completed, you are presented with a trophy and your time of completion is recorded. This result can be shared with friends on social media, or used to track your own progress!
How do Challenges fit into my schedule?
As Challenges are optional, they are not required to be completed in order to reach your weekly workout goal. As such, they are not assigned to a particular day in your Planner and can be completed whenever you like!
To avoid overworking your body, we do not recommend completing Challenges on the same day as Resistance or High-Intensity (HIIT) Cardio days.
How do I find Challenges?
Challenges can be found via the Workouts tab on the dashboard, under 'Other Workouts'.
