What are challenges?
Challenges are a great way to test your ability, measure progress, and give you the opportunity to experience some friendly competition!
Depending on the program, challenges offer a mix of time and rep-based workouts, with the goal to complete them as fast as possible without compromising your technique.
Each week you are given the option to complete a weekly challenge. You are not restricted to one challenge, and can choose from several categories such as:
- This Week’s Challenge
- Other Program Challenges
- Previously Completed
Once a challenge is completed, you are presented with a trophy and your time of completion is recorded. This result can be shared with friends on social media, or used to track your own progress!
How do challenges fit into my schedule?
As Challenges are optional, they are not required to be completed in order to reach your weekly workout goal. As such, they are not assigned to a particular day on your planner and can be completed whenever you see fit!
To ensure your safety, we do not recommend completing challenge workouts on the same day as Resistance or HIIT cardio days.
How do I find them?
Challenges can be found via the Workouts tab on the dashboard, under 'Other Workouts'.
