Once you have activated your steps, you can set how many steps you would like to aim for each day. You can change your step goal by clicking on the Sweatdrop in the top right corner of your home screen, next to your profile icon. When you click on 'steps' you can adjust the amount to suit your individual goals by using the + and - icons.
1. In your Sweat Summary, tap 'Steps'
2. Use the + and - buttons to increase or decrease your daily step goal
3. Tap 'Steps'
4. To save, select 'Done' in the top left-hand corner of your screen
To see your step history, tap on your Planner at the bottom of the app which shows your step history and in a monthly calendar.
What is an ideal step goal?
If you're unsure on what to set your daily step goal to, a great starting point is 10,000. Through various studies performed around the world, the average adult takes 3,000-4,000 per day. A 30-minute walk (LISS) can increase your steps by another 3,000-4,000. If you can't hit 10.000 per day, reduce to 8,000 and start there.
Water intake
To track your water intake, tap your Sweatdrop in the top right corner again and add your water quantities as you drink throughout your day.
