Can't find what you are looking for? Use the search function to search the entire recipe library. Simply type in a keyword. The search feature will work based on recipe name, dietary preference, cuisine and ingredients.
If you don't find what you are looking for use the Filter to refine or to search via the following criteria:
- Meal type
- Dietary preferences
- Cuisines
- Prep Time
- Cook Time
- Total Time
The recipe view comes with preparation and cook times, servings, a list of ingredients, step by step instructions and nutritional information.
We understand the importance of making our content accessible in multiple languages and we apologise for any inconvenience caused by the new Food experience only being available in English at this time. While we wish we could offer all recipes in the seven languages Sweat supports from day one, this process requires significant manual effort and would have delayed this release until 2025.
We are actively exploring an efficient solution that would allow us to translate this experience and while we can’t provide a timeline right now, we hope to be able to share more on this towards the end of the year.
How to Favorite a Recipe?
The Favorites section within the Food dashboard has been created for our members who loved a recipe so much they want to come back to it! This feature can be used to plan ahead, or simply save a recipe to come back to at a later date!
You can add to your favorites by selecting the heart in the top-right-hand corner of your screen. You can find the heart on the Food dashboard or in the recipe view screen
Once you select the heart, this will be added straight to your favorites! This is a quick and easy process for you to manage and access your favorites whenever you like. Your favorites list will appear with your most recent favorited recipe at the top.
If you want to remove something from your Favorites list, simply deselect the heart. Alternatively, you can head to your Favorites list and swipe left on the recipe you would like to delete.
How to change the unit of measure?
The two units of measurement that are available in the Sweat app include:
- Metric (kg, cm, ml)
- Imperial (lb, ft, fl.oz)
Please note that if you choose Metric as your unit of measurement, this relates to the Australian Metric System and uses cups and grams as its primary form of measurement.
A cup is determined by volume, rather than weight. Therefore, the water measurement will equate to:
- 1/4 cup = 60 mL
- 1/2 cup = 125 mL
- 1 cup = 250 mL
To update to your preferred unit of measurement:
- Head to your Profile (top right-hand corner next to the Sweat drop),
- Select 'My Profile'
- Scroll down to 'Units' where you can change to Imperial or Metric.
