Updating the payment details for your Sweat app subscription will be based on your method of payment:
PayPal
If you subscribed using PayPal, you will need to change the details within your PayPal account. This might involve updating the card that you have attached to the account.
Credit/Debit Card
To change or update the card used for your subscription, please reach out to our Support Team so that we can provide you with a unique Credit Card URL to update your details directly within your Sweat app account.
Apple and Google Play
If you have subscribed to the Sweat app through Apple or Google Play, you will need to update your payment details directly via your Apple ID or Google Play account.

Changing to a different payment method
E.g. Changing from payments made by credit card to PayPal.
If you want to change your payment method, you will first need to cancel your current subscription.
If you subscribed via debit/credit card, PayPal, or Google Play, you can simply cancel within the app in your Profile.
If you subscribed through Apple, please ensure your subscription is cancelled within your Apple account. Apple explain how to do this in their support centre, here.
Once your current billing cycle expires, you will be prompted to resubscribe. To purchase through Apple or Google Play, you can renew within the Sweat app. To purchase using your credit/debit card or PayPal, you can renew on our website, here.
