If you have entered an incorrect email address, or are wanting to change the log in email for your Sweat app account, you can update your email address within your Profile online at www.sweat.com

Follow the below steps to update your email address:

1. Head to https://join.sweat.com/en/users/sign_in 
2. Log in to your Sweat account
3. Head to your Profile by selecting your profile photo in the right-hand corner of the screen
4. Under My Profile, select 'Edit'
5. Enter your new username and tap Save to update your account
    

If you signed up by logging in with Facebook, Google or Apple, you will need to have your login delinked before your email address can be updated. To delink Facebook, Google or Apple login credentials, please reach out to our Support Team and they will delink your profile for you. 

If the email address you are trying to update is already in use. You may have previously used this email address to sign up with another Sweat subscription. Please enter a different email address or reach out to the Member Support team at support@sweat.com with the below details for further assistance.
 

1. Sweat Member ID (located in your profile section within the app)
2. Full Name associated with your Sweat account (this is the name that was used when creating your profile)
3. Date of Birth
4. The current email address associated with your Sweat account
5. New/correct email address
