At Sweat, we take privacy very seriously.
If you email us at support@sweat.com regarding your account, billing, or any changes to your subscription, it’s important that we are able to match your details with those that you signed up with. To double check your details entered into your Sweat account, log into the Sweat app, head to your Profile and select 'My Profile'; here you will find the name, date of birth, email address or member number associated with your Sweat Account.
If you’re unsure or cannot log in to your Sweat account and are reaching out to the Member Support Team, we require 3 points of ID which can include any of the following:

Sweat Member ID (located in your profile section within the app)

Full Name associated with your Sweat account (this is the name that was used when creating your profile)

The email address associated with your Sweat account

Date of Birth
-
Location
-
Google Order number this will start with GPA.. followed by a series of numbers

Google Play subscriptions we require the ‘GPA number’ located on your receipt. To locate this please follow the steps below:
- Visit pay.google.com/ and sign in with your Google account.
- On the left, click Subscriptions and services.
- Click View purchases.
- Select an order to see your receipt. If you need your order number, you can find it on the receipt page.

There are a number of different ways that you may have subscribed to Sweat - Credit Card, PayPal directly via our website, Apple (In-App Purchases) or Google Play. If you are unsure how you subscribed, we recommend checking the following:
You can view your subscription information on the web app. Simply head to https://join.sweat.com/en/users/sign_in, login and click on your Profile, your subscription details will be under My Subscription including your payment/sign up method
Apple/iOS users:

On your iPhone/iPad > Open the Settings app

Tap your Name/Apple ID at the top of the screen (you may need to sign in if prompted)

Scroll down and tap 'Subscriptions'
If you see an active subscription to Sweat listed here, then your subscription method is via Apple.
Apple users have the option to hide their email address by using Apple's 'hide-my-email'. If you have selected this feature, you will need to follow these steps to locate the email address associated with your Sweat account.
- Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store
- Tap Passwords & Security,
- Sign in with Apple > select 'Apps using Apple ID'.
Here you will find Sweat and the email address we received to activate your account.
Android/Google Play users:
- Visit pay.google.com/ and sign in with your Google account.
- On the left, click Subscriptions and services.
If you see an active subscription to Sweat listed here, then your subscription is via your Google Play account.
