You can cancel your Sweat app subscription at any time to avoid future payments, but we will be sad to see you go.
When cancelling your Sweat app subscription, the following applies:

Please ensure that you are using version 7.1 or higher of the Sweat app before following the steps below. You can update your app through the App Store.
- We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours prior to your next payment date for cancellations to successfully process in time
- Make sure you go through all of the steps in the cancellation including the cancellation survey to ensure your subscription is successfully cancelled
- Cancelling your subscription will not provide refunds, nor pro-rate remaining subscriptions
- After cancelling your subscription, you will be able to continue using the Sweat app for the entire course of the remaining billing cycle you have paid for
- To reactivate your subscription after it expires, you can log back into your iOS or Android app, or visit our website here.
Please note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription, simply follow the steps mentioned below:
Credit/Debit card and PayPal
Please ensure that you are using version 7.1 or higher of the Sweat app before following the steps below. You can update your app through the App Store.
- Tap your profile icon at the top right of the screen
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page
- Select 'Cancel Subscription'
- We’ll then ask some questions (you must answer them all).
- Tap 'Confirm Cancellation'
Please note: You must follow all prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Apple (In-App Subscription Purchases)
Please ensure that you are using version 7.1 or higher of the Sweat app before following the steps below. You can update your app through the App Store.
- Tap your profile icon at the top right of the screen
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page
- Select 'Cancel Subscription'
- We’ll then ask some questions (you must answer them all).
- Once the account has been cancelled within the Sweat app, you will be automatically redirected to your Apple ID to finalise your cancellation, as per Apple's In-App purchase policy
Please note: All In-App purchases must be cancelled within your Apple Subscriptions. If you exit the Sweat app before you are redirected, you can follow the below steps to access your Apple ID and cancel your subscription:
- Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then select View Apple ID. You might need to sign in with your Apple ID
- Scroll down and tap 'Subscriptions'
- Choose 'Sweat' as the subscription that you want to manage
- Tap 'Cancel Subscription'. Once you have cancelled, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle
Please note: If you don’t see an option to cancel a particular subscription, then it has already been cancelled and won't renew. If the subscription recently expired, you should see an expiration date. If you recently cancelled the subscription, you should see the date until which you'll have access to the subscription. If you don't see a subscription in your Apple Subscriptions and are still being charged, make sure that you are signed in with the correct Apple ID. If not, you might have subscribed directly from our website, and not through Apple. In this case, please cancel accordingly using the information provided on this page.
Google Play
Cancel within the Sweat app
Please ensure that you are using version 7.1 or higher of the Sweat app before following the steps below. You can update your app through the App Store.
- Tap your profile icon at the top right of the screen
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page
- Select 'Cancel Subscription'
- We’ll then ask some questions (you must answer them all).
- Tap 'Confirm Cancellation'
OR
Cancel within the Google Play Store
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Using the left-hand menu, choose 'Subscriptions'
- Select 'Sweat'
- Scroll to the bottom and tap 'Cancel Subscription'
- Complete the cancellation survey and tap 'Continue'
- To finalise, tap 'Cancel Subscription'
Please note: If you have switched devices and no longer have access to your initial payment method (Apple ID or Google Play), you must follow the steps in the respective article below to finalise your cancellation.

WebApp (Sweat app online)
- Go to www.sweat.com,
- Tap ‘Sign Up’ at the top of the main screen
- Tap Already have a Sweat account? 'Login'
- Enter your login details for the Sweat app
- Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen
- Select ‘Edit’ under My Subscription
- Tap ‘Cancel Subscription'
- Follow the prompts and select a reason for leaving
- Once you have followed all prompts, your cancellation will be confirmed
Please note: You must follow all prompts to confirm your cancellation.
If you have successfully cancelled your subscription you will receive a confirmation email to the email address allocated to your Sweat profile.
If you have not received this check your junk/spam emails or try the steps again ensuring that you complete all the steps including the cancellation survey.
Please note - if your subscription is via Apple's In-App purchase you still must complete the cancellation steps within your Apple ID.
