Typically, all promotions and offers are applied to your Sweat app subscription through direct links that are sent via our newsletters.
If you have received a promotional code from us or a third party, you will need to head online to our website - https://join.sweat.com/en/signup/new.
After selecting your preferred payment plan from the available options (where applicable), you can enter the promotional code in the ‘Enter Promo Code’ field, and select ‘Apply’.
If you have any trouble, please clear your browser cache/history, follow the link and ‘Login’ to your Sweat account. If you leave the registration page, close your browser and follow the link above once more. Then enter your code, please ensure there are no spaces before or after to ensure it is entered correctly.
My promotional code didn't work
'That email address is already in use.'
Some promotional codes are only available to brand new Sweat members. If your email address is already in use, however, your account is not already associated with a past trial and/or subscription, please select 'log in' before entering your code.
'I cannot see the discounted rate/trial offer?'
Make sure you have selected 'Apply' to redeem the code before finalising your payment. If the promotional code has not applied to your purchase, please get in touch with our Support Team using our contact form or contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org, before completing your purchase.
Please Note: Promotional codes cannot be applied to active subscriptions, therefore you must;
a) cancel your current subscription and wait for it to expire
b) have an existing inactive account.
