If your subscription has expired but you haven't cancelled, there may be a number of other reasons why.
Possible causes for expired subscriptions could include you are logged into an old expired account, a server, function or new update error. To troubleshoot these types of errors, we suggest following the below steps:
- Log out of the app and log back in using the same Sweat user details that were entered when you purchased the subscription.
- Ensure you are connected to a strong Wi-Fi network, or at minimum a 3G connection
- Close, update and reinstall Sweat to your device
- Ensure you have the latest operating system currently installed on your device
Your subscription might also appear as expired if your recurring payments are failing to process. Please see our article on how to deal with failed payments if this may be the case.
