What is Total Body Barre?
Total Body Barre is designed to help you build strength, flexibility, balance and endurance through traditional, low-impact barre training. Suitable for those new to and experienced with barre, it offers a fresh challenge for all levels.
What is involved in Total Body Barre?
Total Body Barre is a 12-week program. Each week consists of 6 Trophy Goals with 9 Sessions Available:
3x Resistance (5 available), 2x Cardio (3 available) 1x Recovery (1 available)
The weekly workouts are:

Full Body Flow
Full Body Connect
Express Arms (optional)
Express Glutes & Legs (optional)
What Equipment do I need to complete this program?
Total Body Barre can be completed in the comfort of your home or anywhere you have enough room to move!
You will need:
- Chair (Barre)
- Yoga Mat
- Dumbbells
- Resistance Band (Small Loop)
If you don’t have access to the equipment, what can you use instead?
Dumbbells- Two safe, heavy objects can be used, such as bags of food, water bottles, or other household items - get creative!
Resistance Band- You can omit the resistance band altogether or swap for a recovery tube as these two items are interchangeable.
When selecting alternatives, it is important to ensure that they are both safe and secure prior to commencing your workout.
You are welcome to omit equipment from your workout and simply use your own bodyweight to complete the exercises.
How do the workouts work?
Total Body Barre is a fully guided video format program full of Brit’s real-time cues, motivation and support. All workouts are full-body, each with its own unique training focus. The program gets more challenging each week to keep you progressing with increased reps, resistance, advanced exercises and more time under tension.
How is this program different to other Barre programs in the app?
Duration: Workouts in Total Body Barre are condensed to 30-35 minutes, while workouts in Barre with Britany take up to 50 minutes and workouts in High Intensity Barre are 35-40 minutes.
Training split: Total Body Barre and Barre with Britany both focus on full-body workouts, whereas High Intensity Barre has different muscle group focuses per workout.
Intensity and impact: Total Body Barre will have you working at a moderate intensity and is designed to give you a spicy, controlled burn without any high impact on your joints. Barre with Britany is low-impact but the workouts have more spikes in intensity, and High Intensity Barre will have you working at a much higher intensity with some high-impact exercises too.
