A form of interval training, repeated typically for 3 laps, that alternates between 'work' and 'rest' time. The goal here will be to complete as many repetitions as you can during each work phase.
Full Body Tabata
Another form of interval training, you will be working hard for 20 seconds, with a 10 second rest. You will need to complete six sets of the same exercise, for eight rounds.
Upper Body Strength & HIIT
Consisting of 3 Supersets and 2 Finishers, whereby you complete the exercise for the specified amount of time, with a 1 minute rest between each round.
Express HIIT
In this (optional) activity style workout, You will start with a superset and finish with another AMRAP workout to really get that adrenaline flowing!
What’s the difference with Fleur’s programs?
Unlike Fleur’s Energising HIIT program, Dumbbell HIIT is an activity-based format, so there is no video to follow-along with, but all workouts are time-based so you won't have to touch your device much during the workout.
