What is Energising HIIT with Fleur?
Train alongside in real time with Fleur as she takes you through guided high energy, fun workouts to help you move with confidence!
This 6 week program is designed for every woman and is great for flexibility, with 2 guided, 25-30 minute workouts per week to complete with an additional third workout, if you want that little bit more!
These workouts are challenging but achievable for those wanting to improve their strength and fitness using fun high intensity cardio movements to leave you feeling more energised and motivated!
What is involved in Fleur's Energising HIIT Program?
In Energising HIIT with Fleur, there are 6 weeks of class style/follow along workouts. You will be set with a number of goals to aim to complete each week, these include:
- 2x Resistance sessions ( 3 available )
- 1x Cardio Session
- 1x Rest day
What Equipment do I need to complete this program?
Fleur's Energising HIIT program only requires a pair of dumbbells. If you have more than one set available, Fleur rotates between a light, medium and heavy pair.
- Dumbbells - we recommend having a small variety of dumbbells.
- light weight: 3-6kg / 5-10lbs
- Medium: 7-10 / 15-20lbs
- Heavy: 10kg+ / 25lbs
How do the workouts work?
Full Body AMRAP ( 25-35 min ) or (Week 1 to 4 25-30 mins Week 5-6 30-35 mins )
In this workout Fleur will take you through a guided warm up followed by AMRAP 1 & 2 where your goal will be to complete As Many Reps As Possible. You will then move onto the Power Finisher and end with a cool down.
Full Body Strength & Power ( 20-25 mins )
This workout incorporates a warm up followed by two supersets. You will then complete a circuit and finish with a cool down.
Express Full Body Blast ( 15-20 mins )
In this activity style workout, You will start with a warm up, 3 supersets and finish with a cool down at your own pace!
