What is PWR Express with Kelsey?
PWR Express is the perfect strength and endurance training program for those who are short on time but want an efficient and structured way to train.
There are three 20 minute weekly workouts focusing on a different muscle groups plus an optional ab workout and cardio sessions to keep you moving throughout the week.
What is involved in Keylsey’s PWR Express Program?
3 Goals - 4 Sessions Available
- Glutes & Hamstrings
- Back & Shoulders
- Chest & Triceps
- Abs (optional)
What Equipment do I need to complete this program?
The below equipment will be required to successfully complete the workouts:
- Dumbbells
- Bench (Ottoman)
- Resistance Band/Recovery Band
- Step
- Deadball/Medicine Ball
If you don’t have access to some of the equipment, you can always use the ‘exercise substitution’ feature available in the Sweat app to substitute equipment in and out.
How do the workouts work?
All workouts follow the same structure, you will complete 4 laps of 4 exercises with a 15 second break in between each exercise. Performing as many reps as you can of each exercise in that 45 second period until complete.
