What is Core & Body Connection with Sara?
Sara’s 3-week Pilates program is part of our #Sweatmade challenge programs. You will find a range of different Pilates movements and exercises designed to help you feel stronger and more powerful whilst also helping to improve your overall posture.
This 3-week minimal equipment program is best suited for beginner and intermediate levels of fitness. The workouts range from 25-35 minutes with one optional 15-20 minute express workout. This program is perfect to complement your existing workout routine or can be done as a stand-alone program!

What equipment do I need to complete Sara’s Core & Body Connection Challenge?
Below you will find a list of equipment needed to successfully complete the challenge:
- Mat
- Resistance Bands
- Dumbbells
- Chair
- Sliders/Towels
How do the workouts work?
Dynamic Full Body Core (25-35 minutes)
Dynamic Full Body Core workout is a full-body workout to assist in improving your posture. This workout contains 6 sequences that range between 2-8 minutes. The sequences target different areas of the body that range from core, side-body, glutes and challenges.
Core & Upper Body (25-30 minutes)
Core & Upper Body begins with a 7-minute warm-up. After the warm-up, you will run through 5-6 sequences. Each sequence ranges between 2-10 minutes long. You will make your way through a list of sequences and challenges designed to refine your core strength.
Core & Lower Body (25-30 minutes)
Targeting your Lower body and Core there are 3-6 sequences following on from a warm-up where you will work on defining your core and lower body whilst performing a variety of balance based exercises to stabilize your mind and body.
Express Core (10-20 minutes)
Sara's Express Core workout contains 2-4 sequences that range from 2-6 minutes, focusing on stabilizing and strengthening your core.
