What is Precision Pilates?
Move with control, precision and confidence with Jetaya’s Precision Pilates - intentional, low-impact classes designed to help you feel more connected to your body. Rooted in technique, each session is a fully guided video workout and will strengthen, sculpt and challenge you while building confidence in the way you move.
What is involved in Precision Pilates?
Precision Pilates is a 6-week program. Each week consists of 7 Trophy Goals:
3x Resistance , 3x Cardio 1x Recovery
The weekly workouts are:
- Lower Body Sculpt
- Upper Body Strength
- Core Burn & Control
You’ll also have optional 5–10 minute express sessions to target specific areas when you want a little extra.
What Equipment do I need to complete this program?
Precision Pilates can be completed in the comfort of your home or anywhere you have enough room to move!
Yoga Mat
Pilates Ball
Hand weights (1-3kg is standard, max 5kg)
Pilates Block
Booty Band
Ankle/Wrist weights (optional)
How do the workouts work?
Precision Pilates is a fully guided video format program. Each class begins with a short introduction outlining the workout focus, equipment needed and what’s ahead. Next is a 3–5 minute warm-up to prepare the body and ease into the session. From there, there are 2–4 main workout blocks, designed as flowing sequences to build strength and control. Each block finishes with a short burn-out to challenge the muscles that have just been worked. Every session wraps up with a 2–5 minute cool-down to help stretch, recover and reset before moving on with your day.
