What is Britany's Daily 20 Challenge?
Britany designed this 4 week challenge program to offer an amazing way to get back into a routine or stay active when you don’t have much time - all you need is 20 minutes per day. All workouts are low impact.
This program is great if you have previously done Britany's much loved Daily 10 Challenge and looking to level up.
What is involved in Britany's Daily 20 Challenge?
Your goal is to complete at least 20 minutes of exercise every day, made up of five 20-minute workouts and two cardio sessions each week.
5 x Resistance sessions
2 x Cardio sessions (optional)
1 x Recovery session
What Equipment do I need to complete this program?
To efficiently complete this program, you will need the following equipment:

How do the workouts work?
The focus of the workouts will rotate biweekly meaning weeks 1 & 3 will have the same exercise focus and weeks 2 & 4
