What is Elite Conditioning with Cass?
This program is all about lifting heavy, dialling up the intensity of your workouts and unleashing the potential you know is within.
Designed for intermediate and advanced fitness levels, this full-body strength program is perfect for anyone who loves lifting heavier weights and pushing themselves as they look to level up their strength training.
What’s the difference with Cass' programs?
Unlike Cass’ programs such as High Intensity Strength, Elite Conditioning is follow-along video style program. This is great if you enjoy the feeling of working out right alongside your trainer and want live demos as you move!
What is involved in Cass' Elite Conditioning Program?
In Elite Conditioning with Cass, there are 4 weeks of class style/follow along workouts. You will be set with a number of goals to aim to complete each week, these include:
- 4x Resistance sessions ( 5 available )
- 1x Cardio Session
- 1x Rest day
What Equipment do I need to complete this program?
Cass' Elite Conditioning program only requires a pair of dumbbells. If you have more than one set available, Cass rotates between a light, medium and heavy pair.
- Dumbbells - we recommend having a small variety of dumbbells.
- light: 3-6kg / 5-10lbs
- Medium: 7-10 / 15-20lbs
- Heavy: 10kg+ / 25lbs
How do the workouts work?
Upper Body & Lower Body Strength & Metcon (30-35mins )
In this workout, Cass will take you through a guided warm up then the workout is split into 2 sections - strength component and metcon. The strength component is made up of 2 exercises done for 40 seconds each followed by a 40 second rest, repeated 5 times.
Then you will move into the Metcon which is made up of 4 exercises done for various times with a rest after you have completed all of them, repeated for 5 rounds.
Full Body Tabata (40mins)
There are 8 exercises in the workout. You will perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for each exercise, before moving onto the next. You will receive a 30 second rest period between each exercise and once you have performed all 8 exercises the workout is complete.
Full Body HIIT (30-35mins )
This HIIT session involves a circuit of 10 exercises, with a work to rest ratio of 60 seconds on, 30 seconds off. These exercises will be a mix of cardio, strength and bodyweight to make sure your HIIT workout gets your Sweat on!
HIIT Pyramid (express 15-20mins)
In this express workout, you will complete 4 exercises for 10 seconds including rest which then slowly increases to 40 seconds per exercise and back down to 10 seconds. This HIIT Pyramid is perfect for those short on time, or for those who are wanting to take their training to the next level with extra workouts!
