What is Thrive with Ruba Ali?

Designed to build strength, improve overall performance, and promote positive changes in body composition, this program helps members find their rhythm and consistency. With a structured approach, it supports those who seek progress week after week, fostering a sense of accomplishment and well-being in every workout.
What is involved in Thrive with Ruba Ali?
Ruba's 6-week program is designed to help you Thrive in body and in mind, via activity-style sessions that can be followed at home, or in the gym.
Thrive with Ruba consists of 5 Trophy Goals with 7 Sessions Available:
3x Resistance, 1x Cardio (2 available) 1x Recovery (2 available)
There are three functional strength training workouts each week - Functional Full Body, Legs & Glutes, and Upper Body, Core & HIIT. Alongside your weekly workouts, Ruba encourages you to include 1-2 walks in nature and any personal wellbeing rituals that recharge and elevate your energy such as meditation, journaling, prayer, time outdoors or yoga.
What Equipment do I need to complete this program?
The below equipment is required to successfully complete the workouts:
- Bench
- Step
- Dumbbells
- Resistance Band
- Skipping Rope
If you don't have access to some of the equipment, you can always use the 'exercise substitution' feature available in the Sweat app to substitute equipment in and out.
How do the workouts work?
Structured with a mix of supersets, trisets, circuits and finishers, each workout takes 20-40 minutes (factoring in your warm-up and cool-down preferences).
