How do the workouts work?
Full Body AMRAP
A form of interval training, repeated typically for 3 laps, that alternates between 'work' and 'rest' time. AMRAP has no set structure, however the intensity will increase throughout the program to allow for progression. The goal here will be to complete as many repetitions as you can during each work phase.
Full Body Tabata
Another form of interval training, you will be working hard for 20 seconds, with a 10 second rest. You will need to complete six sets of the same exercise, for eight rounds.
Upper Body Strength & HIIT
Consisting of 3 Supersets and 2 Finishers, whereby you complete the exercise for the specified amount of time, with a 1 minute rest between each round.
In this (optional) activity style workout, You will start with a superset and finish with another AMRAP workout to really get that adrenaline flowing!
