To share a workout with a fellow Sweat member simply use the Share icon located at the top right hand corner within the Workout Overview.
Please note that you are unable to share Cardio LISS, Cardio HIIT, Rest, 1RM test and Community Sweat Challenge workouts.
When viewing or completing a shared workout, it will not change the current program you are on and if completed it will count towards your weekly resistance goals.
If you would like to share a workout with a non Sweat member you can use the above steps however the receiver will be prompted to start a trial or join Sweat in order to view the workout.
