The Favorites section within the Sweat app has been created for our members who loved a workout so much they want to come back to it! This feature can be used to keep incorporating your favorite workouts into your training, or simply save a workout to come back to at a later date!
You can save any type of workout you like with your Favorites tab, whether that be a full body HIIT workout or a relaxing yoga session that helps you wind down.
Where Can I Find Favorites?
You can find the Favorites feature on the Workouts page of your Sweat app next to On Demand. This is easily accessible so you can add your favorite workouts to your planner at any time!
How Can I Add My Favorite Workouts?
You can add to your favorites by selecting the heart in the top-right-hand corner of your screen. You can find the heart on the workout dashboard or in the workout overview screen
Once you select the heart, this will be added straight to your favorites! This is a quick and easy process for you to manage and access your favorites whenever you like. If you want to remove something from your Favorites list, simply deselect the heart. Alternatively, you can head to your Favorites list and swipe left on the workout you would like to delete. This will come up with a notification ensuring that you want to unfavorite this workout. Select 'Remove', and this workout will disappear.
Is there anything I can't add to my Favorites?
You will notice when completing your LISS (low-intensity steady state) cardio and rest sessions that there is no option to Favorite. As these are not structured workouts, and you can log these at any time, these will not include a Favorite feature. However, these are quicky and easy to access and complete too!
