How does FIERCE Zero Equipment Work?

    You might need to look at the AMRAP description again. I started with Fierce Zero Equipment 1.0 (not Beginner) and the work:rest ratio is 45:15 seconds, not 40:20 as this article says. That may be out of date or describes the Beginner weeks. You could borrow the language from this Sweat blog https://www.sweat.com/blogs/fitness/fierce-zero-equipment
    which says "During the beginner weeks, the AMRAP workouts have fewer exercises and fewer repetitions of each exercise. Recovery between each section is also longer, allowing you to build up your fitness.

    As the program progresses, the rest period gets shorter to keep you working hard."

    Great pick up @colleen, we've just corrected this :)

    We will also update the blog, as the number of exercises doesn't change between the beginner weeks and 1.0. All AMRAP's have 9 exercises per workout, only the work and rest period changes💧
