We have made the decision to limit features available on the Web App so that we can focus our efforts on making the mobile Sweat app an even better experience with more content, more features and more integrations. We have A LOT of exciting news to share with you in the coming months!
As such, from 28 September 2020, the Sweat app online will no longer feature the Planner and Food features. Regardless, you will continue to have access to your workouts and Profile.
To continue accessing the Planner and Food, download the Sweat app from the App Store on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV & Apple Watch or the Google Play Store on Android.
Once you have downloaded Sweat, sign in to your account with your existing account details.
If you receive an error that your login details are incorrect, please double-check that you are logging in with your correct username and password. Have more questions? Check out the Q&A below:
Q: Why are you getting rid of the Planner and Food on the Web App?
A: Unfortunately, the Food & Planner features will no longer be supported, to allow us to spend more resources and time on the native Sweat app. However, members will have complete access to all extra features in the Sweat app.
Q: How do I access the workouts on my TV?
A: If you have Apple TV, find out how to get started with the steps in our Apple TV Support Article.
If you don’t have Apple TV, check out our Smart TV's and Streaming Devices for more information on setting this up.
Our team will continue to explore more options for TV mirroring as we continue to update the Sweat app :)
Q: If I complete a workout online, will it sync to my app?
A: Yes! As long as you are logged into the same account, workouts completed online will be marked as complete in the Sweat app to count towards your weekly goals.
Q: My Apple TV is not up to date?
A: While we look at updating Apple TV to include all programs, please continue accessing your workouts in the Sweat app.
Q: The app isn’t available in my country!
A: Depending on your App Store region, certain apps may be restricted to adhere to various laws and obligations set by your government. Please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assist you with your subscription.
