We are so excited to announce brand new features to your SWEAT workouts!
In SWEAT version 5.0, here’s what you'll find:
- Updated workout overview
- Updated workout experience
- Larger timer
- Automatic transitions between exercises, stretches and rests
- Swipe transitions between exercises, stretches and rests
- The ability to go back in workouts
- See what’s coming up next in your workout
Everything you need to prepare for your workout is now located in one easy location in the workout overview.
Workout settings can be found at the top right hand corner of the app — tap the settings/gear icon to set your preferences.
You will also be able to update your settings during your workout. Simply hit ‘Pause’ and select ‘Settings’.
The newest addition to the Settings section is the ability to enable timed rest, and allow exercises to automatically continue. This is perfect for members who are wanting to automatically transition into the next exercise/stretch during the warmup and cool down. To be notified when to change the exercise/stretch, make sure to enable Trainer Audio.
To view the equipment required for the workout and the exercises in each circuit or set, scroll horizontally across the screen. Tap the exercise to watch how to perform it with the correct technique, accompanied by step-by-step instructions.
After tapping ‘Start Workout’ you will be prompted to select a warmup. We always recommend performing a warmup to prepare your muscles for the workout, avoid injury, and get the most out of your training!
During your workout you now have the ability to swipe left to move forward or swipe right to go back! If you advance by accident, simply swipe right or tap the back arrow to return to the correct place in your workout.
To move through your workout with ease, you can now see the next movement (exercise or rest break) under ‘Up Next’ along the bottom of your workout, and also during the rest breaks between circuits/sets. This allows you to prepare your equipment and weights.
Should you need to quit your workout for any reason, you can now select ‘Skip’ at the top right hand corner of the screen if the options provided do not suit your reason for exiting. If you have extra feedback about your workout, leave a comment by selecting ‘Provide us Feedback’.
