The Sweat app can be accessed on multiple platforms, including online via the Webapp.
To sign into the Webapp, follow the steps mentioned below:
1. Head online to www.sweat.com
2. Click 'Login' at the top right hand corner of the screen
3. Log in with Facebook or enter your email address and password
4. Click 'Login'
5. To access the Webapp, click your profile icon at the top right hand corner of the screen and select 'Sweat app'.
Once you have logged into your account, the first screen you will be brought to is the Workouts screen.
You can navigate to the Food, Activity and Profile pages by using the toolbar along the top of the screen.
At the top of the screen you can see your main program, as well as weekly Resistance, Cardio and Recovery sessions. To view all workouts, click and drag across the screen.
Scroll down to view 'Other Programs' and 'More Workouts'.
To see an overview of the workout, equipment list, workout settings and an option to enable a Warm-Up, click on the workout you have chosen for the day.
Select 'Start' when you are ready to begin!
To access the meal plans, select Food in the toolbar along the top of the screen. Here, you can view meals for the previous week, current week and following week.
Click a recipe to find the ingredients list and cooking method.
When viewing a recipe, you can easily change to a different meal by selecting the meal type on the left side of the screen.
To swap and browse alternative ingredient options, click the arrows alongside the corresponding ingredient.
Schedule your workouts and sessions around your commitments using the Planner in the Activity section!
If you're unable to follow the recommended timetable, simply disable the 'Use Suggested Workout Plan' feature by clicking 'Settings' in the right corner of the screen.
To create your own schedule, delete the scheduled activities by clicking the session and selecting 'Delete'.
To schedule an activity, select the '+' alongside the day you want to work out and select your preferred activity.
On the Profile page, you can edit your personal information, cancel your subscription and change your program/week.
To see an overview of each trainer and their respective programs, select 'Manage My Program'. Click on the program you want to set as your main program and select 'Confirm Program'.
Should you wish to cancel your subscription, you can easily opt-out of automatic renewals within your Profile:
- Select ‘Cancel Account’
- Tap ‘Continue’
- Follow the prompts and select a reason for leaving
- Once you have followed all prompts, your cancellation will be confirmed
Please note: You must follow all prompts to confirm your cancellation. If you have subscribed via Apple as an In-App purchase, you will be required to cancel this subscription within your Apple ID subscriptions.
