If you are a new member and have subscribed to the Sweat app part-way through the week, you will be brought to an Introductory week of your selected program.
The Introductory week provides a random selection of workouts and meals from the main program until Week 1 begins the following Monday morning.
During the Introductory week, you won't be able to scroll forward in the meal plan. If you want to view and shop for the week ahead, you will need to change your week to Week 1. To find out how to change weeks, see this article.
If you decide to leave the Introductory week, there is no way to return to it and your program will commence with Week 2 the following Monday. You will therefore need to change your program back to Week 1 to start your program from the beginning.
