If you are new to the SWEAT app, SWEAT NATION can get you on the right track to forming great habits and consistency from the beginning. Choose the program that best suits you and get started! Our programs are suited to women of all experience levels from those new to working out to those who have been active for years!
For those of you who are just starting your fitness journey, each of our trainers has created a beginner program to get you started. No matter which program you choose, the beginner weeks can take you through the 30 days of the challenge and set you up for success using each program. For best results, we recommend following one program throughout the challenge.
To join the SWEAT NATION community, be sure to follow the steps below to ensure you are signed up and ready to go for July 22.
- Install the SWEAT app via your phone’s app store, or launch the Web version of SWEAT at https://join.sweat.com
- Create a profile via email or Facebook
- Choose your preferred subscription plan
- Once logged in and subscribed, you will undergo a quick questionnaire about how you like to workout and where
- Once the questionnaire is complete, you will be directed to the Workout Dashboard on the app - here you will see the SWEAT NATION banner at the top of the screen
- Simply click the ‘Join Now’ button and you will be a part of SWEAT NATION!
You will notice a countdown within the app to let you know how long until the beginning of SWEAT NATION and then after the July 22, this countdown will let you know how long until the end of the event.
If you decide to join midway into the challenge, you will notice the countdown will still be available, however won't begin from the 30 days. To get the full experience, be sure to join up prior to July 22!
Before the challenge kicks off, you can get ready by familiarising yourself with the app. Our Getting Started section on our Support page provides clear explanations on common questions like how to navigate the app, switch between programs, and the devices our programs are accessible on. If you are unsure about which program is the right fit for you - be sure to explore our Trainer & Workout section on Support page, too!
If you’re unsure which training style you prefer, try a workout from the ‘Other Workouts’ section of the app. Here you can explore a variety of training styles, Challenges and Quick Workouts from our trainers that take just 15-20 minutes!
Be sure to join the community through our SWEAT Forum to keep up with the conversations SWEAT and the trainers will be discussing throughout the 30 days, which you can access via the Community tab of your app. SWEAT and the trainers’ Instagram and Facebook pages will also be a great place to hear more during SWEAT NATION!
