On 14 January 2019, Sweat is kicking off our biggest 12 Week Challenge yet, featuring TWO new trainers and programs, as well as some exciting updates to our current programs.
The SWEAT 12 Week Challenge is all about starting your year the right way by focusing on the most important part of your life — your health. Over the course of 12 weeks, expect to progress your fitness through our structured and easy-to-follow training programs.
The SWEAT app contains seven programs from five different trainers so it’s up to you to choose what kind of fitness journey you want to embark on. SWEAT offers workouts that can be done at home or in the gym, in the styles of bodyweight and weighted resistance training, weights-based training, yoga and a post-pregnancy program. Every program offered in the app contains structured workouts that help you to develop and progress at a safe and manageable pace.
The goal of the 12 Week Challenge is to not only help you complete the challenge and experience real progress but to provide you with the right tools and education to set you up for a lifetime of health.
Existing members can join simply by selecting your program and Week 1, or your preferred week, to join in!
New members, you can sign up via www.sweat.com to join up to the Sweat App, simply enter your details, choose your program, and join in!
The 12 Week Challenge does not cost extra - nor have any exclusive part within the app - you can join from any program!
