We are so excited to introduce Stephanie Sanzo's new program, BUILD!
BUILD is a training program designed for those who are looking to get serious about lifting, and want a program that is designed to help them get strong, increase muscle mass, and improve lifting performance.
In this program, you will work towards improving your 1RM, or "One-Rep Max".
This program is a combination of powerlifting and bodybuilding training techniques, also known as 'powerbuilding'.
BUILD Beginner is a 12-week training that has been created to ensure you have all the right skills and understanding to move you through to Stephanie's BUILD program.
We recommend BUILD for those looking to take a serious and structured approach to their training. BUILD will help you to work on increasing your strength in the main lifts that Stephanie focuses on, such as Deadlifts, Bench Press, and Squats, while also building muscle.
We are also excited to introduce our 1RM feature, unique to the BUILD Program! By completing a small assessment activity within Week 1 of BUILD, you will be provided a recommended weight for the three key movements listed above. To find out more about 1RM, see our article 'Calculating Weights'.
Users who follow and stick to Stephanie's program, can expect to increase their performance across the key movements of powerlifting, notice an increase in strength, muscle mass and size, along with decreasing the amount of body fat throughout the entire body.
