Stephanie's BUILD program is designed for women who want to educate themselves and take a interest in a style of training, that focuses on lifting heavier amounts of weight whilst developing greater muscle mass.
BUILD will help women feel empowered and confident within themselves, increase muscle mass throughout the body, while also maximising strength and improve their lifting performance through the major lifts.
Before beginning the program, members will need to complete a checklist that will direct them to the correct phase suited to their level of experience/fitness.
Members new to this type of training will undertake a 12-week Beginner program to establish fundamental movement patterns that will allow them to slowly progress and reach the level of conditioning that is required to undertake BUILD 1.0.
Members with a powerlifting or bodybuilding background that have extensive knowledge in this type of training, have the option to skip the Beginner program and move straight into BUILD 1.0.
BUILD incorporates the use of machine weights, free weights, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises. Due to the program’s style of training and extensive equipment requirements, BUILD is an exclusively gym-based program.
