If you neglect to make time to rest, this may cause you to overtrain. Overtraining can result in a decrease in performance, injuries, and negatively affect your progress, among other things. As a result, it is incredibly important to schedule time for rest and recovery.
The quality of your workouts is more important than the quantity!
