The process of changing your plan will depend on your payment method. You can find detailed instructions for each payment type below:
If you purchased your subscription directly via Debit or Credit card, our Support Team are able to alter your plan manually for you!

Paypal or Google Play:
If you would like to change your plan, you will first need to cancel your current subscription within the Sweat app.

* Please note, you will still have full access to your account for the remainder of your billing cycle regardless of when you cancel.
Once your current plan expires, you will be prompted to resubscribe within the SWEAT app.
If you do not see your desired subscription option available, try signing up directly through our website at https://join.sweat.com/en/signup/new.
If you purchased your subscription through Apple, you are able to manage your subscription type within your Apple account. Follow the below steps to change your subscription:
- Visit Settings on your iPhone, or iPad > [your name] > iTunes and App Store
- Select your Apple ID > View Apple ID
- Tap Subscriptions
- Choose 'Sweat'
- Select your desired plan
This process will set your subscription up to change at your next billing date.

Changing payment method
i.e. changing from Credit card to Paypal
If you would like to change your payment method, you will first need to cancel your current subscription.
If you subscribed via Debit/Credit card, Paypal, or Google Play, you can simply cancel within the app. Just visit your Profile page > select 'Cancel 'Account > complete the cancellation survey.
If you subscribed through Apple, please ensure your subscription is cancelled within your Apple account. Apple explain how to do this in their support centre here View, change or cancel your subscription.
Once your current billing cycle expires, you will be prompted to resubscribe within the app. You will then be able to sign-up to a new plan using your preferred payment method.
