To personalise your Sweat app experience and make moving through your workouts much easier, be sure to enable the Trainer Audio feature!
You can adjust your audio preferences at any time, including before and during your workout. Keep in mind, if you are playing any music in the background, including Spotify or Apple Music in the Sweat app, this will automatically decrease in volume when Trainer Audio is in use, before returning to normal audio level.
To turn Trainer Audio on/off before your workout, simply follow the steps below:
- Select the workout of your choice. On the session overview page prior to beginning a workout, you will see the preferences bar at the top of the screen.
- Select the Settings (top right) tab and here you can enable or disable Trainer Audio.
3. If you wish to adjust your Trainer Audio preferences during a workout - simply do this by selecting the Audio icon at the bottom left of the workout screen. Toggle on to enable audio.
Please note: Trainer Audio is only available in the Sweat app for updates 3.6 (iOS) and 3.3 (Android) and later. Trainer Audio is also currently not available on Apple Watch.
Trainer Audio for BAM
Due to the high frequency of Trainer Audio for BAM, your background music will remain at a lowered level at all times.
