Changes to your subscription payment for SWEAT can be made, and will be based on your method of payment at the time of checkout.
Payment via PayPal
If you are charged through PayPal, you will need to change your details within your PayPal account and this will change your monthly subscription details for SWEAT.
Payment via Credit Card
Currently you are unable to manually manage your payment plan from within your account if you have paid directly from a Debit or Credit Card.
To change the credit card attached to your account, we are able to send you a unique link to adjust this information yourself. Simply reach out to our Support Team at www.sweat.com/support and request your unique Credit Card URL.
Payment via iTunes or Google Play
If you have paid for your subscription to SWEAT via a third party, such as the Apple store or Google Play Store, you will need to update your Apple ID or Google Play ID information.
From your Apple or Google account, you should be able to change your payment details which will automatically update your subscription to SWEAT.
