Kelsey’s current day-to-day training includes a combination of plyometric and strength-based exercises performed at the gym.
To give you an insight into her current training regime, Kelsey created her PWR program!
The PWR program focuses on hypertrophy training - a style of resistance training designed to help increase lean muscle and overall strength throughout the entire body. This program also includes cardio and recovery sessions; however, it more so focuses on weightlifting.
In addition, Kelsey likes to mix things up by incorporating activities such as kickboxing into her workouts or going for a hike for her cardio session!
