The Sweat app provides you with a weekly shopping list of all the ingredients required for your Meal Plan.
The Shopping List will have a date range listed across the top of your screen, which will reflect the Monday - Sunday of the week you are completing.
During this 7 day period, the ingredients listed within the Shopping List will be used for the meals provided.
You are able to see the total amount of each ingredient used throughout the week, listed as either a measurement or numerical amount.
To view your Shopping List:
- Select 'Food' at the bottom of your screen
- Select the middle icon at the top of your screen; this is your Shopping List
- Select the food category
- To mark an item as purchased, tap or click the ingredient to mark it off
- To remove an item as purchased, tap or click the ingredient to remove the tick
Please keep in mind, when shopping for your upcoming week’s ingredients, you will need to scroll forward to view next week’s shopping list.
