The Sweat app provides a Shopping List based on the ingredients that are required for your meal plan each week. The date range runs from Monday to Sunday and can be seen along the top of the screen.
In the Shopping List, you will find total amounts of each of the ingredients that are used throughout the week. The ingredients are displayed either as measurements or numerical amounts.
To view your Shopping List:
- Select 'Food' at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the 'Shopping Cart' icon at the top of the screen. This is the Shopping List.
- Select a food category.
- To mark an item as purchased, tap or click the ingredient. A tick should appear.
- To undo an item that has been marked as purchased, tap or click the ingredient to remove the tick.
We recommend shopping in advance! You can do this by using the arrows at the top of the screen to scroll forward and view the upcoming week's shopping list!
